front desk gentleman. Room is not soundproof.I could hear my roommate bathing. The sliding door to the bathroom is cumbersome to use . The bathroom gets wet so fast from the condensation of the steam.

The toilet in our room broke and overflowed when we checked in. The staff upgraded us to a suite and helped us move our luggage. Excellent location
